I never thought I would reach it, but I have to say, I worked my ass off to reach it! At first, it was so hard getting the first 20 subscribers. I guess it has something to do with publishing a full feed. Although it pulls me away from my aim of earning 50$/day on this blog, i think it is worth it. However I didn’t do what all the others do!

For example, many people do not use the <- more -> tag in their posts. Eventhough it’s easier for the visitor to read your recent news, it has a few setbacks:
- Duplicate content: You will be showing the same content on the post page, frontpage and the archive pages. If your not a an authority site like johnchow.com or read/write web, this might hurt your rankings alot.
- Why subscribe then?: In my logic, there should be a reason for a person to signup to your rss feed: having fast access to your sites content. If you are already showing him the full content on the main page, there is no incentive to signup.
- 2 different feeds: As I have mentioned in my previous article “So you switched to Feedburner RSS“, some people do not change their wordpress feed urls in their header.php files. Don’t forget to change it!
I thank everyone who have signed up to my rss feed. I will be having special contents for people who are subscribed. If you don’t want to miss it, please subscribe to my rss feed.

Nice job! 100 subscribers is a great milestone.
Great Job! Mine still 4 subscriber. I just a month blogging and I am newbie here. Hope can get some tips from you on my blog design. Thank you!
psst.. btw, you'll get rich if i visit your blog because i don't mind clicking.
Thanks aizat, I actually have trouble turning this blog into a money maker. RSS Subscriber still oscillating so I wish to keep the minimum at 100 on following months.
Congratulations!I think you’ll get more subscribers next month.
I noticed you changed your feeds back to summary. Have you considered putting ads on the feeds?
About publishing the full feed and subscribers,
I think publishing the full feed mostly helps people that use their RSS readers a lot. That way they can keep up with your content without having to visit your site – especially in the field of online marketing in which the average reader subscribes to a ton of feeds. So IMO your a full feed will increase your subscriptions.
And in your case I would definitely put ads on those feeds. Either private or contextual ads works very well at the bottom a feed.
There must be a mistake, since I never changed any settings, and I still get full feed right now. Can anyone confirm Jose Onate?
About monetizing the feed, can I place google adsense on the feed?
